Land approval process

The approval logic for batch land use projects is similar to that of individual site selection projects, but the specific work subject is different. The natural resources department of the city or county at or above the prefecture level should carry out the grouping work and report it. ###Approved by the State Council

2. Expropriating more than 35 hectares of arable land other than permanent basic farmland;
